SOOTHE BOOK CLUB

A deep dive into the chapters of Soothe, the book your nervous system has been longing for, to help you to understand the relevance of the key science and concepts and how to apply them to your life.  Each session will start with a 30-minute experiential lesson and then a discussion and Q&A. You’ll have reading and practical homework in prep for the following session. You will need to buy a copy of Soothe, the book your nervous system has been longing for.

Time: 7pm – 8.30pm
Dates:

• Wednesday 17th April, 1.5 hours – Body Sensing and The Breath
• Wednesday 15th May, 1.5 hours – Touch and Move
• Wednesday 12th June, 1.5 hours – Rest and Nourishment
