Join somatic movement practitioner Nahid de Belgeonne, Founder of The Human Method™, for The SOOTHE Day Retreat in London. You will enjoy a full day of profound learning and personal development to self-regulate your nervous system and have you departing calmer and with powerful new strategies to integrate into your life.

The Human Method is a powerful practice of brain-body re-education, breathwork, anatomy in movement, somatic yoga flow, and deep rest. You will enjoy carefully designed practices to help you let go of unhelpful patterns in the body and mind and lay down new possibilities for movement, and for your life.
The Human Method has helped many people reduce their stress and anxiety, sleep better, function at their optimum, and stay emotionally resilient in an ever-changing environment. You'll enjoy over two workshops, five hours of expert teaching including:• Energy shifting practise in the morning to lengthen, strengthen and mobilise• De-stressing practise in the afternoon to unravel, unwind and reorganise.
The price includes vegetarian and gluten-free lunch and tea and gluten free cake before you leave to go home.
What the day includes:

Nahid is a Somatic Movement Educator and Author of Soothe, the book your nervous system has been longing for. She specialises in helping clients to recover from chronic stress, anxiety, burnout and deeply held trauma issues with online programmes and in person retreats.

Please note that once booked there are no cancellations or reschedules allowed but you are welcome to resell your ticket. If the venue has to close due to COVID restrictions, the retreat will be rescheduled, and your fee will be carried over to a new date. It is a condition of all The Human Method retreats that you take out medical and travel insurance to cover you for not being able to attend for whatever reason. Please do not attend if you are not well, including coughs, colds, sore throat and high temperature.
