Here’s how we’ll work together:
The System: A 12-week journey that combines weekly 40-50 minute practices, 5-15 minute teaching videos, and personalised guidance.
You’ll build awareness of your body’s signals and learn to respond in ways that keep you balanced.

The Support: Group Zoom calls every other week for hands-on support, along with one-on-one calls for deeper guidance when needed.

The Community: You’ll join a supportive community of women who are on the same journey, creating a space where you feel understood and empowered.
