Each phase is designed for slow, sustainable, embodied change.

Weekly 40–50 minute immersive somatic practices Short 5–15 minute context videos

I’m Nahid — Author, Somatic Educator, and creator of The Soothe Programme™.
I’ve worked across fashion, tech, publishing, and wellness. I’ve lived through burnout, health breakdowns and high-functioning collapse. My work bridges science and sensation to help women like you regulate before they react, and reclaim how they feel inside their own skin.
