I'm Nahid

I'm someone who learned regulation the hard way. Before this work, I was the woman rewarded for composure, capability, and chronic motion.
Fashion. Tech. Publishing. Wellness.
High-growth environments where stillness felt dangerous and rest had to be earned. Movement was the first language my body trusted. Somatic work taught me how to listen instead of override. The Human Method™ was born from that lived experience.
I'm at the peak of my career and family life, juggling an intense industry that burned me out before. Now, I have the understanding and tools to soothe my reactivity before it takes over - and it's changed everything.

Inside this self-paced programme, you'll access:

12 Core Video Lessons
Somatic foundations to help you re-learn how to feel safe in your body and stay there. Each phase is designed for slow, sustainable, embodied change, in rhythm with your real life.
Thrive with a steady, gentle rhythm
Weekly 40–50 min immersive somatic sessions plus short 5–15 min context videos to anchor the practice.
Private Community Channel
You don’t have to do this alone. Find calm, kind, like-minded people walking the same path through fortnightly live group sessions and a WhatsApp community that moves slowly and deeply.
Focus Themes
So you’re not rushing or cramming healing into a checklist. Just one embodied focus per month, to help your nervous system settle and integrate gently.
