About Me
I’ve run, kicked, stretched, and soothed my way through every version of my life.
Not because I loved movement — but because it was the only language my body knew when I didn’t yet have the words.
I ran when I wanted to leave home.
Kickboxed through my first divorce.
Found yoga in the middle of a lucrative but soul-depleting tech job.
I moved to survive.
And I got really, really good at it.
Before I became “the nervous system whisperer,” I was the woman who built her entire identity on composure, capability, and chronic motion.
I worked across four industries — fashion, tech, publishing, wellness — always in high-growth start-ups, always rewarded for pushing past my edges.
Stillness? Felt dangerous.
Rest? Felt earned — and I never felt like I’d earned it.
I lived in a state of high-functioning collapse.
Chronic anxiety. Neuralgia. Urticaria.
And eventually, a gangrenous appendix that almost killed me — because I ignored every signal until it screamed.
That rupture didn’t just stop me.
It exposed the truth I’d been trying to stretch and mindset and breathwork my way around:
You can’t think your way out of a survival pattern.
You can’t perform your way into calm.
After my recovery, I opened my yoga and fitness studios, Good Vibes. I assumed I was finally on the path to true wellness. But something didn’t add up. The women coming through my doors were doing all the “right things” —Yoga. Meditation. Breathwork. Acupuncture. Supplements. Smashed avocado everything. And still... they told me about the exhaustion. The infertility. The IBS. The insomnia. They were polished. Emotionally literate. And quietly unravelling under the weight of what they couldn’t name.
That’s when I stopped teaching movement — and started studying what actually moves us back into ourselves. I immersed myself in the nervous system. The result? The Human Method. And later, The Soothe Programme – my 12-week somatic re-patterning experience designed for the woman who doesn’t need more tools… she needs to remember safety at a cellular level.
Today, I respond completely differently to life.
I live by the sea. I’m joyfully obsessed with my family of three Boston Terriers - a full lineage of gentle chaos. I still move - but no longer to escape. Now, I move to anchor. To restore. To feel what ease is actually meant to feel like.
My clients arrive high-achieving, high-agency, high-functioning - but quietly bracing. They leave knowing how to rest. Not because they were told to… but because their system finally feels safe enough to. This isn’t mindset work dressed in lycra. It’s identity-level nervous system transformation. And it starts with a simple truth: You’re not broken. You’re full.
Let’s show your body how to hold that - gently, completely, and without performance.
