You don’t need much but a little comfort goes a long way.

What you’ll need for movement:
A carpeted floor or thick blanket over a hard surface, a towel, cushions (optional but helpful)

What to wear:
Loose, layered clothing, socks or something warm (your temperature may shift mid-practice)

You’ll want enough room to roll side to side, stretch your arms in a T-shape, and extend your legs fully.
